My approach is collaborative and long-term, often engaging well before a capital event to help position businesses for their next stage of growth.

Prior to founding Aisling Ventures, I spent nearly two decades working in and around Wall Street, beginning on the COMEX and NYMEX trading floors at the New York Mercantile Exchange and later as a direct investor in small-cap public companies. This background has shaped a disciplined, market-aware perspective on value creation and capital allocation.
Outside of investing, I maintain a commercial pilot certificate and spend most of my time with my wife, our two children, and our bulldog.
